Territory Manager - Oklahoma City
Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Oklahoma City area. This role involves introducing and promoting Inspire's FDA-approved medical device designed to reduce OSA severity for patients who cannot tolerate or benefit from CPAP therapy. The Territory Manager will be part of a dynamic team committed to enhancing patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.
Key responsibilities include driving implant growth to meet sales targets, conducting commercial site assessments, and ensuring that commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods. The role also involves facilitating local payer education, collaborating with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs, and managing territory performance to achieve sales and therapy awareness milestones.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or three years of previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with the therapy in a clinical setting, are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are required. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, as well as the capacity to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000 per year.
