Territory Manager - Missoula, MT
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Missoula, MT area. This role involves driving implant growth, managing account development, and ensuring adherence to patient selection and therapy protocols. The Territory Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to enhance outreach programs and achieve sales objectives.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, facilitating local payer education, and overseeing the development of commercial sites. The role requires a solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for assessing new potential accounts within the assigned sales territory.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these fields or three years of prior experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with its therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, as well as the capacity to travel within the territory, are also required.
