Territory Manager - Milwaukee
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Milwaukee area. This role involves driving sales performance, educating healthcare providers on therapy benefits, and identifying new accounts while maintaining high standards of patient care. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs and achieve sales objectives.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assessing and developing new accounts, ensuring proper device implantation and follow-up procedures, and facilitating local payer education. The Territory Manager will also work to ensure that commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods. Additionally, the role involves orchestrating commercial site assessments, selections, and developments to drive implant growth.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these fields or three years of previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with their therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are required. The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, as well as the willingness to travel within the territory, are essential.
