Territory Manager - Fort Collins, CO
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Fort Collins, Colorado area. This role involves introducing innovative OSA treatments to the market, achieving sales targets, and enhancing therapy awareness within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will assess potential accounts, develop commercial sites, and drive implant growth through efficient patient throughput.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating commercial site assessments, ensuring adherence to patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods. The manager will also facilitate local payer education, collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs, and work closely with commercial centers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these fields or three years of prior experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with their therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are required. The role necessitates the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.
Preferred qualifications include experience assisting in the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices, market development, building referral programs within the medical industry, and product launch and account experience.
