Technology Transactions Lawyer

Axiom is seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to collaborate with top technology clients, offering both remote and onsite engagement options. This role involves direct interaction with corporate clients, providing pragmatic, business-oriented advice on a diverse range of technology agreements.

Key responsibilities include autonomously managing complex technology transactions in fast-paced environments and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on intricate deals for large tech companies operating globally.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house setting, with expertise in SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue-spotting skills and meticulous attention to detail is essential. Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or with tech industry clients is required, along with active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $140,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits, 401K, and access to professional development resources and learning programs.
