Legal Consultant - Legal Operations and AI, Singapore

Axiom is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore, focusing on the digital and operational transformation of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) function. This role offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Generative AI for Legal, and other legal technology projects, contributing significantly to the evolution of our legal operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of various legal tech projects, analyzing and optimizing legal processes to enhance efficiency, and translating business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements. Additionally, the role involves driving change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption, as well as building dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and facilitate adoption is also a key aspect of this position.

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations, with hands-on expertise in CLM, legal technology, workflow automation, or Generative AI. Strong project management skills, the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels and functions, and a data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards and KPIs are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities are also required.
