Legal Consultant - Legal Operations, Singapore

Axiom is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore, collaborating with one of our top-rated clients. This role focuses on enhancing legal processes and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency within the legal department.

The Legal Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of various legal technology projects, analyze and optimize legal processes, and translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements. Responsibilities also include driving change management initiatives, developing training programs, building dashboards and KPIs to track performance, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and ensure tool adoption.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations. Strong project management skills, the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels, a data-driven analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards and KPIs, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
