Technical Project Manager

Zenoti is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data-driven initiatives within our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business and product decisions through insightful data analysis.

In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau, providing executive-ready insights. Additionally, you will build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical and operational initiatives, ensuring timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical thinking and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required, along with 8–10 years of experience managing analytical programs and cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python, as well as visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to influence and align internal stakeholders across various functions and levels.
