Technical Product Manager - Robotaxi

As a Technical Product Manager at Wayve, you will lead the definition, development, and delivery of Level 4 autonomous driving solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with company strategy and customer needs, translating cutting-edge AI innovations into market-ready features.

Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product roadmap for Level 4 autonomous driving features, working closely with design, system architects, software developers, validation teams, and safety experts to ensure the delivery of safe and delightful customer experiences. You will take full end-to-end ownership of autonomous vehicle feature development, from concept definition through implementation, validation, and deployment in production, while staying current with global autonomous vehicle trends, regulatory developments, and competitors to make informed product decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical product management experience, shipping products with a consumer mindset in a highly technical domain. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a solid technical background in AI/ML, software engineering, robotics, or a related discipline, and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving priorities are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
