Box is seeking a Team Manager II for People Operations in the EMEA region to lead a team of professionals across multiple countries, including Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, France, and Germany. This role is pivotal in driving compliant, efficient, and meaningful People programs within a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Global People Operations and collaborate closely with the global People & Communities team.

The Team Manager II will be responsible for developing and strengthening a team of People Operations professionals, ensuring high data integrity, well-documented processes, and holistic problem-solving. They will serve as a trusted consultant and designer, working with the People Team and key partners to identify operational opportunities and design scalable business processes. Additionally, the role involves improving processes and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, as well as ensuring compliance with domestic and international requirements across the employee lifecycle.

Candidates should have 5+ years of applicable HR Operations experience, with proven expertise in operations, systems, local processes, and labor law within the EMEA region. Experience in team management, influencing and guiding a team, and building strong cross-functional relationships across various geographies and time zones is essential. The ability to proactively offer innovative improvement projects, create and refine internal policies and processes, and demonstrate success in change management with diverse stakeholders is also required. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish is necessary.
