Team Leader, Content Operations, M&A Transactions
AlphaSense is seeking a Team Leader for Content Operations specializing in M&A Transactions. This role involves supervising a team of analysts to enhance the company's financial data offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that operations align with AlphaSense's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of approximately 10 analysts, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment. The Team Leader will set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and offer regular feedback. Additionally, the role involves resolving complex issues, coordinating with the operations manager on hiring and content generation, and conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in sourcing, curating, and supporting M&A transactions data, with a preference for those familiar with language models and content extraction techniques. A minimum of two years in a leadership role is required, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess sound knowledge of team dynamics, performance management, and employee development, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Google Suite. A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is also required.
