Talent Operations Associate
The Talent Operations Associate at Wayve plays a pivotal role in enhancing the hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. As Wayve continues its rapid growth, this position is integral to ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes within the People & Talent team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating complex, high-volume interview schedules across multiple calendars and time zones, acting as the primary contact for candidate logistics to ensure clear and timely communication, and partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to proactively resolve scheduling challenges. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing improvements to coordination workflows, tools, and processes, as well as supporting various talent operations projects as needed.
Candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in recruitment coordination or a similar talent operations role. Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities are required. The role also demands confidence in working with diverse stakeholders, a proactive approach to operational tasks, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and comfort with adopting new tools and systems. A willingness to be present in the Sunnyvale office 2–3 days per week is necessary.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $102,000 annually, complemented by a competitive equity package. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Wayve operates a hybrid working model, combining in-office collaboration with flexibility for remote work.
