Talent & Development Program Support
The Talent & Development Program Support role at Gilbert + Tobin is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney, Australia. This position is situated within the People team, bridging Talent Acquisition and Capability Development functions. The role offers exposure to various aspects of talent management and professional development within a leading law firm.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, the incumbent will support the end-to-end delivery of Talent and Capability programs and projects. Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning, setup, and delivery of learning and development sessions, creating and maintaining project plans and timelines, managing logistics for learning programs and recruitment activities, coordinating communications and confirmations, overseeing program costs and invoices, reviewing and collating feedback and data, providing ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition activities, and preparing materials and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and coordination skills, confidence in using PowerPoint and Excel with an interest in data, a friendly and collaborative working style, and an interest in learning, development, recruitment, or project delivery within a People Team. This role is well-suited for individuals early in their HR career or those looking to broaden their experience across People functions.
