Legal Informatics Analyst

The Legal Informatics Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting this team by providing electronic discovery, document management, data analytics, and associated support to the firm's lawyers and clients.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day management and maintenance of large-scale document reviews in Relativity, encompassing data imports, auditing, modeling, preparation of evidence, and data exports. The analyst will also support eDiscovery processing, including data collection and transfers, data preparation and manipulation, and processing to Relativity. Additionally, the role involves designing, establishing, and modifying best practice workflows for large-scale document reviews and data rooms, supporting due diligence AI tools such as Kira and Luminance, and providing support for virtual data rooms and deal rooms.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Superior analytical and communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A strong desire to learn and master all facets of eDiscovery, along with self-learning and independent research capabilities, are also important.
