This team is integral to handling large volumes of electronic evidence in disputes and investigations, facilitating efficient due diligence in high-profile deals, and managing bespoke datasets. In this role, the specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of large-scale document reviews using Relativity, including tasks such as data imports, auditing, modeling, evidence preparation, and data exports. The position also involves processing eDiscovery data, which encompasses data collection, preparation, manipulation, and processing into Relativity. Additionally, the specialist designs and modifies best practice workflows for large-scale document reviews and data rooms, supports due diligence AI tools like Kira and Luminance, and provides assistance with virtual data rooms and deal rooms.

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience working on large-scale and complex eDiscovery matters in Relativity, with a strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and the ability to manage matters in accordance with the standard EDRM model. Superior analytical and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with repository-based workflows and expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification, experience with Relativity Dynamic Objects and Integration Points, proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management, and skills in command-line interfacing, PowerShell, SQL scripting, Python scripting, and Relativity application development.
