The Talent Coordinator role at Wayve is a pivotal position within the People & Talent team, designed to enhance the candidate experience during a significant growth phase. This 6-month fixed-term contract is based in Sunnyvale, California, and focuses on delivering a seamless and welcoming interview process for prospective employees.
Key responsibilities include managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements. The coordinator will act as the primary contact for interview logistics, keeping candidates informed and supported throughout their journey. Additionally, the role involves assisting with various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects to support the hiring operations.
Candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a genuine interest in creating positive interviewing experiences. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders professionally and a willingness to be present in the Sunnyvale office 2–3 days per week are also required.
The anticipated annualized compensation for this full-time, temporary-to-permanent role ranges from $71,000 to $85,000, with actual compensation determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Any future permanent employment compensation would be determined separately at the time of conversion.
