Talent Acquisition Partner
AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established UK recruiting team. This pivotal role focuses on hiring across Expert Insights and General and Administrative (G&A) functions, playing a critical part in building out our London and Singapore offices during an exciting period of international expansion.
In this position, you will own full-cycle recruiting across Expert Insights and G&A functions, hiring for a wide range of positions spanning high-volume entry-level roles through to manager-level searches. You will partner closely with hiring managers across both offices to deliver strong, consistent hiring outcomes, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from kickoff through offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Experience recruiting across both high-volume entry-level roles and mid-level searches across G&A functions such as Finance, People, Marketing, Operations, or Content is essential. Strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality, and excellent communication skills are required.
