Senior Physical Security Analyst

The Senior Physical Security Analyst at AlphaSense will be the primary on-site security presence in Singapore, responsible for safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive assets across Southeast Asia operations. This role involves direct engagement with physical security operations, incident response, and supporting insider risk management, with a primary focus on physical security measures.

Key responsibilities include managing daily physical security operations for the Singapore office, overseeing access control systems, visitor management, and badge issuance, and conducting regular security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks. The analyst will lead initial responses to physical security incidents, document findings, and escalate issues to the global security team as necessary. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with IT for access provisioning and deprovisioning, supporting insider threat investigations with relevant physical security data, and collaborating with building management and local security vendors to maintain consistent security standards.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or related fields, preferably within technology or financial services sectors. Proficiency with physical security systems such as access control platforms and video surveillance tools is essential. Strong analytical and documentation skills are required to effectively communicate findings to remote leadership teams. The ability to manage multiple global sites and collaborate effectively with remote teams is also important.
