AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team. This team is dedicated to building strong partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders worldwide, striving to provide exceptional service and a seamless candidate experience. This role is a remote position based in India on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working the night shift to support U.S. and U.K. time zones as part of our global recruiting operations.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including posting job openings, sending offer letters, pulling reports, organizing Google Drive, and editing presentations. You will correspond with candidates throughout the entire interview process, including scheduling phone/video interviews, sending out case studies/assignments, managing candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and providing updates to the team. Additionally, you will become a Greenhouse power-user and assist in the management and administration of the system to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will partner closely with our team of coordinators and recruiters to learn and improve upon our existing programs and processes. As needed, you will provide in-office support for any onsite candidate interviews, including booking conference rooms, greeting candidates, and ensuring interviews are running on schedule. You will also collaborate with the people operations team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee and ensure that everyone has what they need for new hire orientation.

They are highly organized and process-oriented, excelling at creating, documenting, and implementing systems and processes that keep the team consistent and efficient. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring candidate-facing communications like emails and job descriptions are polished and error-free. Exceptional communication skills are required to effectively engage with a high volume of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The candidate should be driven and self-motivated, thriving in high-growth environments with ambitious goals, and eager to contribute to building a business at scale. A sense of urgency and accountability is important, with excellent time-management skills and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Adaptability and flexibility are key, embracing fast-paced environments and adapting seamlessly to change. Creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit are valued, seeing growth opportunities in challenges and taking ownership of projects to drive innovation. A desire to learn and develop is essential, with access to training and tools to support growth and advancement at AlphaSense. Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) is required, leveraging technology to its full potential. Strong proficiency with ATS systems, especially Greenhouse, is highly preferred.

While this is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months, there may be opportunities for an extended contract or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance. This would be a great role for someone with an interest in building or who may have started their career in Talent or HR/People Operations.
