Studio Coach Support - Mattoon, IL

The Studio Coach Support role at WeightWatchers in Mattoon, IL, is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional workshop experiences to members. In this role, you will engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported. Responsibilities include building strong community connections through social platforms, seeking opportunities for on-brand partnerships, and representing WeightWatchers at internal and external events. You will also focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing the necessary support, tools, or products to help members succeed.

Ideal candidates are passionate about wellness, possess excellent active listening skills, and are adept at facilitating group sessions. Experience in social media engagement or content creation is beneficial. A flexible, part-time schedule is required, with the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.

The compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
