The Studio Coach Support role at WeightWatchers in Bend, OR, is part of the Field Team dedicated to fostering inclusive in-person communities at studio locations. In this position, you will deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members, including check-ins and processing enrollments. You will build strong community connections by seeking on-brand partnerships, attracting new members, and representing WeightWatchers at internal and external events. Additionally, you will focus on member recruitment and retention by providing support, tools, and products to help members succeed.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and is either a current WeightWatchers member or eager to become one. Strong active listening skills are essential to assist members effectively. Being social media savvy or a content creator is advantageous. The role requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

The base salary for this position ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
