Studio Coach - Charlottetown, PEI

WeightWatchers is seeking a Studio Coach for our Charlottetown, PEI location. As a global digital health company and the world's leading behavioral weight health program, we have been helping millions build sustainable healthy habits for sixty years. Our Field Team, comprising Coaches and Guides, fosters inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations, inspiring members to develop healthier lifestyles.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional workshop experiences, engaging members with our weekly behavior change curriculum to support their wellness journeys. Responsibilities include building strong community connections, both in-person and on social platforms, to attract new members and create brand awareness. You will also focus on member recruitment and retention by providing personalized support and recommending appropriate tools or products to aid their success.

The ideal candidate is social media savvy, passionate about wellness, and either a current WeightWatchers member or eager to become one. Excellent active listening skills are essential to effectively assist our members. Experience in facilitating groups is preferred, and the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory is required. This position offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

Compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $20 USD per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
