Studio Coach - Joliet, IL

WeightWatchers is seeking a Studio Coach for our Joliet, IL location. As a global digital health company and the world's leading behavioral weight health program, we are dedicated to helping individuals develop sustainable healthy habits. Our Studio Coaches play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive in-person communities and inspiring members on their wellness journeys.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional workshop experiences, engaging members with our weekly behavior change curriculum. You will build strong connections within the community, both in-person and on social platforms, to attract new members and create brand awareness. Additionally, you will focus on member recruitment and retention by providing personalized support and recommending appropriate tools or products to aid in their success.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and either a current WeightWatchers member or eager to become one. You should be social media savvy, possess excellent active listening skills, and have experience facilitating group discussions. The ability to travel to various workshop locations within the territory and a flexible, part-time schedule are also required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
