As a Studio Coach Support, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional studio experience by managing member check-ins, enrolling and processing members, and maintaining the studio's appearance. You will also engage in community outreach to build partnerships, attract new members, and represent WeightWatchers at various events. Additionally, the role involves focusing on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing necessary support and resources.

Ideal candidates should have a passion for wellness, be active listeners, and possess social media skills or content creation experience. The position requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and offers a flexible, part-time schedule. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
