Studio Coach - Green Bay, WI
WeightWatchers, a global leader in digital health and the world's top doctor-recommended behavioral weight health program, is seeking a Studio Coach in Green Bay, WI. This role is part of the Field Team, which includes Coaches and Guides dedicated to fostering inclusive in-person communities at Studio locations. The Studio Coach will inspire members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
In this position, the Studio Coach will deliver exceptional workshop experiences, engaging members with weekly behavior change curricula to support their wellness journeys. They will build strong community connections through social platforms, seek opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand awareness by representing WeightWatchers at internal and external community events. The role also focuses on member recruitment and retention by building relationships with members and providing them with the support, tools, or products they need to succeed. Additionally, the Studio Coach will deliver behavior change coaching, ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported by responding purposefully to their posts, encouraging reflection, learning, problem-solving, and action planning, and welcoming new members.
Candidates should be social media savvy or content creators, passionate about wellness, and either current WeightWatchers members or eager to become one. Excellent active listening skills are essential to provide effective assistance to members. Experience in facilitating groups is preferred. The role requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, depending on skills, experience, and location.
