Strategic Finance Senior Analyst, GTM
Recharge is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to enhance decision-making across the business. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations leaders, providing regular exposure to senior leadership and contributing to revenue planning, resource allocation, and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include owning revenue forecasting and planning for the GTM organization to improve accuracy and enable confident decision-making. The role also involves partnering with GTM leadership to drive annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing performance analysis. Additionally, the analyst will build and maintain scalable, driver-based revenue models integrated with CRM and planning systems, lead commissions planning and incentive compensation processes in partnership with Revenue Operations, and influence hiring, territory design, capacity planning, and channel investment decisions through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A/Corporate Finance, Consulting, Data Analytics, or similar analytical roles. Advanced financial modeling skills, including ownership of company-wide operating models for planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic recommendations, are essential. Experience in GTM or Revenue Finance, with a strong understanding of sales productivity and forecasting, is required. Proven experience building and operating bottoms-up forecasting processes, exposure to commissions planning and incentive compensation modeling, and a strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals are also necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights, are important. Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth technology environments is preferred. Experience with financial planning, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools such as Adaptive, Looker, and Claude is beneficial, with SQL and Python experience considered a plus.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with a hiring range in the US of $105,000 to $132,000 USD and in Canada of $91,000 to $114,000 CAD.
