IT Manager

As the IT Manager at Recharge, you will lead a high-caliber engineering team responsible for delivering world-class features to our end users. Recharge is a subscription platform for innovative brands, known for its relentless product innovation and focus on ease of use. The company partners with over 20,000 brands globally, including quip, Dr. Squatch, and Blueland, to help them set up, manage, and grow their subscription businesses.

In this role, you will oversee the technical direction of projects, ensuring that customer experiences function as designed and are delivered on time. Your responsibilities include managing team morale, training new engineers, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive working environment. You will also be responsible for quality team output, on-call rotation, maintenance schedules, and overall project management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in fast-paced environments, with a minimum of 3 years leading IT engineers in remote settings. Experience with deploying and managing enterprise technologies such as Mobile Device Management software, Identity & Access Management software (Okta), and productivity tools (gSuite, Atlassian) is essential. A security-focused mindset and the ability to mentor team members are also key qualifications.
