The Strategic Account Executive, Corporate at AlphaSense is a pivotal role within the Corporate Strategic Sales team, focusing on expanding the company's presence among top-tier clients in the APAC region. This position involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, collaborating with global account leaders, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers to drive enterprise-level sales. In this role, the Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and prospecting to conducting product demonstrations and closing deals. The executive will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing teams, and account managers to build a robust sales pipeline and ensure client satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding client needs, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
Candidates should possess a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS industry, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing new business accounts. Essential skills include excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to lead and coordinate resources effectively. A tenacious and results-driven attitude is crucial, along with intellectual curiosity and a consultative approach to sales. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is strongly preferred to effectively engage with clients in the APAC region.
AlphaSense offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, complemented by a generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential and equity options.
