Staff/Senior Product Designer, Mobile

AlphaSense is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Designer to lead the design of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that align with business objectives, enhancing the functionality and usability of our products.

Key responsibilities include developing mobile-first wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate product functionality. The designer will engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand their needs and iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis. Additionally, the role involves building and evolving native mobile design systems, adapting to emerging design patterns and component libraries.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, with over five years of experience in product design focused on mobile applications. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual interaction design for iOS and Android platforms is essential. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.

AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $150,000 to $190,000 USD, along with performance-based bonuses, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits program.
