Staff Product Designer, Pay Ecosystem

Remote is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our Pay Ecosystem Product Design team. As a fully remote company operating across six continents, Remote specializes in enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. The Pay Ecosystem team focuses on developing experiences that empower customers to pay employees worldwide safely and in compliance with regulations.

In this role, you will lead design initiatives within the Pay Ecosystem domain, making strategic user-experience decisions and driving future functionality projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting primary research, developing robust design strategies, creating innovative concepts, and executing designs that range from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect interfaces. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and accessible user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have exemplary experience in designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces, particularly for complex B2B SaaS solutions. A strong portfolio demonstrating holistic, scalable system design and a masterful understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals is required. Proficiency in user-centered design techniques, especially for enterprise users, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment are essential. Strong communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration experience are also necessary.

Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,700 to $159,050 USD, determined by role, level, and location.
