SRE Senior - FinOps

Jusbrasil is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead the FinOps initiative within our SRE team. This role is pivotal in integrating financial operations into our Agentic Engineering Platform, enhancing cloud consumption transparency and efficiency. Jusbrasil is an AI-first company dedicated to transforming the justice system in Brazil through advanced technology and massive data.

The selected candidate will be responsible for structuring and leading the FinOps strategy, implementing cost observability mechanisms in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and developing a right-sizing engine to optimize resource utilization. Additionally, the role involves building AI agents for autonomous cost optimization and collaborating closely with the Engineering Platform and Product Areas to ensure sustainable and economically efficient operations.

Candidates must have experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP, proficiency in observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform. Solid understanding of Linux and Kubernetes, as well as experience in cloud cost management and resource tagging, are essential. A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze system performance are also required.
