The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for building and managing the semantic layer of data, ensuring centralized and consistent business rules across the company. Key responsibilities include data governance and organization, translating business needs into efficient dimensional models, implementing AI tools to optimize development and data processing, and maintaining technical processes such as orchestration, unit testing, and versioning.

Candidates should possess advanced SQL skills for complex transformations and query optimization, solid experience in data modeling and analytical environments, practical knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python), orchestration systems like Airflow or Dagster, and version control tools such as Git. Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery, and familiarity with data warehousing architectures focusing on cost and performance optimization are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with A/B testing infrastructure and the ability to act as a hybrid between technical and business analysis roles.
