SRE Partner [Vaga Afirmativa para PCD]
Jusbrasil is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to serve as an SRE Partner, a strategic role designed to bridge the gap between reliability engineering and product areas where the impact is most significant. The SRE Partner will act as the human link between the Agentic Engineering Platform—a system where developers declare intent and AI agents abstract infrastructure complexity—and the product teams, ensuring the adoption of platform resources where they matter most.
Key responsibilities include elevating the reliability maturity of each team, reducing operational risks, and building a data-driven culture focused on Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and incident response. The SRE Partner will be embedded in critical product areas, quickly understanding their challenges, risks, and architecture to deliver high-impact solutions within the first few months.
The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), proficiency in observability tools and practices such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Thanos, Elasticsearch, and AlertManager, strong knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems architecture, and solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform. Practical experience with incident management, on-call processes, and post-mortems, as well as the ability to define and track SLOs and error budgets, are essential. Strong communication and influencing skills are required to advocate technical solutions to diverse audiences, including engineers, product managers, and leadership.
