SRE Partner

Jusbrasil is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to serve as an SRE Partner, a strategic role designed to bridge the gap between reliability engineering and Product Areas (PAs). This position focuses on enhancing the reliability, availability, and scalability of Jusbrasil's systems and services, directly impacting the company's mission to improve access to justice through technology.

The SRE Partner will be embedded within critical PAs to quickly understand their unique challenges, risks, and architectures, delivering high-impact solutions from the outset. Key responsibilities include implementing SRE practices such as defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), structuring on-call rotations, developing runbooks, managing incidents, and conducting post-mortems. Additionally, the role involves promoting the adoption of Jusbrasil's Agentic Engineering Platform, ensuring that its features are effectively utilized within product teams.

Candidates should have experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and proficiency in observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Thanos, Elasticsearch, and AlertManager. A solid understanding of Kubernetes and distributed systems architecture is essential, along with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Strong communication skills are required to advocate technical solutions to diverse audiences, including engineers, product managers, and leadership.
