Sr. Team Manager, Compliance

Box is seeking a Senior Team Manager for Compliance to lead and enhance its compliance programs. This role involves managing a team responsible for delivering compliance certifications such as PCI, ISO 27000 series, and SOC, ensuring Box's adherence to industry standards. The position is remote within the United States, offering flexibility while contributing to Box's mission of transforming content management with enterprise AI.

The Senior Team Manager will oversee the successful delivery of compliance programs, monitor and address compliance issues, and provide guidance on new product features and infrastructure changes. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory and customer audits, driving process improvements, and effectively communicating compliance positions to internal and external stakeholders. Building strong relationships across functions and with external partners is essential.

Candidates should possess a BS degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of six years in technology risk and compliance roles, with at least two years in a leadership capacity, is required. Certifications such as QSA, CISA, CIA, or CISSP are advantageous. Experience with GRC tools, cloud computing platforms like GCP and AWS, and familiarity with compliance frameworks including PCI, SOC, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53 are highly desirable.
