Sr.Product Support Consultant (Bilingual Danish and English)
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Support Consultant fluent in both Danish and English to join our support team in Manchester, UK. This role involves assisting customers in effectively utilizing Zenoti's cloud-based software solutions tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational success.
In this position, you will handle inbound support requests through phone, chat, and email, addressing customer-reported issues and guiding them to resolution. Your responsibilities include consulting with clients to optimize their business operations using Zenoti, researching and documenting customer concerns, and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of knowledge base materials and provide mentorship to team members.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years in a public-facing service role requiring frequent customer engagement in both English and Danish, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors. Experience with Point-of-Sale or reservation systems is essential, along with a technology-centric background demonstrating curiosity and self-learning. Strong problem-solving skills, tenacity, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment are also key qualifications.
Zenoti offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £36,000 to £60,000 per year, along with benefits designed to support a healthy work-life balance. This in-office position operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM UK time, with flexibility based on customer needs.
