Sr Pre-Sales Solution Engineer (French speaking)

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA Commercial team, focusing on the French-speaking market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to lead the technical aspects of sales opportunities, ensuring that prospects understand how Klaviyo's platform can address their business challenges. This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement.

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions to understand prospects' goals and existing tech stacks, designing tailored solution architectures, delivering customized product demonstrations, and leading proofs of concept to secure technical buy-in. You will also act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on data strategy, integrations, and implementation approaches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role within a B2B SaaS company. Proficiency in web technologies, APIs, and data integrations is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
