The Senior Manager of GTM Incentive Compensation Design at Klaviyo is responsible for developing and implementing global sales compensation programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Systems teams to design, model, and execute incentive plans that drive performance and support scalable growth.

Key responsibilities include designing incentive programs that motivate high performance, leading annual and ongoing plan design cycles incorporating market insights and financial modeling, and translating business priorities into clear and scalable compensation frameworks. The role also involves building cost models and scenario analyses to evaluate plan performance, utilizing AI and machine learning for predictive analysis and plan optimization, and delivering dashboards to measure sales effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in sales compensation, preferably within SaaS or technology GTM organizations, and at least three years of experience building compensation models and analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Xactly or other Incentive Compensation Management systems, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel. Experience with AI/ML applications for analysis and forecasting is also desired.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $152,000 to $228,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
