As a Senior Partner Marketing Technology Alliances Manager at Klaviyo, you will play a pivotal role in activating our technology partner ecosystem through joint marketing initiatives, demand generation, and impactful partner engagements. This position involves close collaboration with e-commerce platforms, independent software vendors (ISVs), and technology partners to bring integrated solutions to market and accelerate the adoption of the Klaviyo platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and executing joint marketing programs with technology partners to drive demand and adoption of Klaviyo's offerings. You will design and implement co-marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, product launches, and ecosystem programs in partnership with ISVs and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will manage technology partner sponsorship strategies and execution for Klaviyo’s flagship events, such as K:Boston, K:Sydney, and K:London, creating compelling sponsorship opportunities that align partner objectives with Klaviyo’s brand and go-to-market priorities.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B technology marketing. Proven expertise in designing and executing joint marketing programs with technology partners that drive measurable demand and adoption is essential. A strong understanding of e-commerce and/or SaaS ecosystems, including ISVs, platforms, and partner-led growth models, is required. Experience working closely with partnerships, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams in a multi-stakeholder environment is also necessary.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $104,000 to $156,000 USD, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and well-being benefits based on eligibility.
