The Sr. Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations at OpenTable is a leadership position within the Revenue Operations team, working out of the Toronto office in a hybrid role. The role reports to senior leaders within the organization and partners closely with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing revenue operations, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving sales performance. The role involves analyzing business data to identify growth opportunities, implementing best practices for sales processes, and leading critical revenue-focused initiatives. The Sr. Manager will also be expected to forecast trends, manage performance dashboards, and deliver insights to improve operational effectiveness across the revenue organization.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in revenue strategy, sales operations, or business operations, preferably within a technology or SaaS-based company. Proven skills in data analytics, project management, and cross-functional leadership are essential. Strong communication abilities, an analytical mindset, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization platforms are required.
