Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts in the financial services sector. The role involves identifying and driving complex cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, particularly focusing on cloud migration, high-resiliency telecom, and integrated CCaaS/UCaaS solutions. Acting as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders, the manager guides customers in achieving business continuity and optimizing their voice communication infrastructure. Additionally, the position requires cultivating and maintaining executive-level relationships, leading complex contract negotiations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidates should possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, along with over five years of experience in managing business development activities with a proven track record of achievement. Deep, applied domain expertise in the financial services and telecom sectors is essential, particularly concerning complex cloud migration, high-resiliency voice solutions, and meeting stringent global regulatory compliance requirements in UCaaS and CCaaS environments. Proficiency in leveraging API-first platforms for software-centric telecom solutions is also required. Exceptional ability to cultivate C-level relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
