Sr. Analyst, Revenue Operations
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations at AlphaSense will play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the international revenue organization. This position involves developing key enabling tools, streamlining processes, and creating actionable reporting to support account executives, account managers, and sales development representatives. The role is based in New York, New York, and reports to the Director of International Revenue Operations.
Key responsibilities include optimizing existing sales operations processes to ensure scalability, partnering with international sales leaders to execute revenue strategies, and managing the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process. The analyst will also evaluate and refine the technology stack, implement new tools tailored to international needs, build international territories in collaboration with leadership, and work with Insights and BI teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization, particularly in driving productivity for sales operations. A passion for improving processes and leveraging new technology in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is essential. Strong collaboration skills, the ability to influence and align with US-based teams, excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are also required. Experience with the B2B sales process and relevant tools is necessary.
The base compensation range for this role is $88,000 to $110,000 USD. Additional components may include equity and a generous benefits program. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
