The Sr. Account Director at Bandwidth is a pivotal role within the company's European operations, focusing on expanding strategic relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) partner ecosystem. This position is integral to strengthening Bandwidth's presence in the contact center technology landscape, ensuring the company's voice and messaging capabilities are embedded within modern customer engagement platforms. Key responsibilities include acquiring and developing strategic relationships with MSPs, platform providers, and system integrators to embed Bandwidth's services into their technologies. The role involves identifying and developing enterprise opportunities through partner ecosystems, collaborating with partners to support customer adoption, and expanding Bandwidth's brand recognition within the European contact center ecosystem. Additionally, the Sr. Account Director will shape and progress complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, maintain a strong pipeline of ecosystem-influenced opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams across product, marketing, and sales to support partner engagement and market expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline and have 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong track record of driving commercial outcomes and building sustainable enterprise revenue. Experience in developing enterprise opportunities through both direct engagement and partner-led routes to market is essential. Deep experience working with partner ecosystems, including MSPs, strategic alliances, and system integrators, along with a strong understanding of partner engagement models such as Sell-To, Sell-Through, and Sell-With motions, is required. Established credibility within the contact center, CCaaS, UCaaS, or communications platform landscape, and a demonstrable network of relationships across relevant MSPs, platform providers, and ecosystem partners are also crucial.
