SP&A Manager
Box is seeking an SP&A Manager to join its dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a leader in Intelligent Content Management, Box enables organizations to enhance collaboration, manage content lifecycles, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. In this position, you will partner closely with the EMEA Engineering Site Leader, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing month-end close activities for EMEA Engineering, ensuring accurate accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis across headcount and operating expenses. Additionally, you will manage headcount planning, track hiring and attrition, and develop expertise in Box’s capital development framework to assess and validate capitalizable work.
The ideal candidate has over four years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or business operations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential, along with experience or a willingness to learn tools such as Planful, SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau. You should thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, possess strong analytical skills, and be an effective communicator capable of navigating complex business problems.
