Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Carta, you will join the EU Investors team, focusing on providing tailored solutions to Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Private Credit Funds. Carta's platform enables these clients to efficiently manage their portfolios and engage with investors. This role involves close collaboration with the Go-To-Market team to design and implement optimal solutions for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include accompanying the Go-To-Market team on calls with investment firms to understand customer needs, leading technical aspects of sales cycles, and conducting product demonstrations. You will also provide product and technical financial expertise to drive progress towards team revenue goals and contribute to the Carta product roadmap based on insights from customer interactions.

To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified accountant with over seven years of experience in accounting or corporate finance, possess an in-depth understanding of fund structures, and have experience working in private markets within Luxembourg. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with an interest in software products designed to solve technical financial problems.
