The Solutions Consultant role at Emplifi involves providing strategic consultancy to the regional sales team, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to acquire new business and expand existing client portfolios. Key responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations, gathering client requirements to construct solution proposals, and assisting during trials or proofs of concept. The Solutions Consultant will also build strong relationships with technical decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for customer experience transformation. Additionally, the role involves creating scalable sales assets and maintaining a library of best-practice reporting templates and marketing materials.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or customer experience consulting, along with client-facing experience engaging with various stakeholders. Effective time and project management skills, superior communication and presentation abilities, and fluency in English are required. An AI-first mindset, with the ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and drive business impact, is also essential.
