Business Development Representative - North America

Emplifi is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our North American sales team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities. Emplifi's unified social media management platform empowers over 20,000 leading brands to enhance their digital and social customer experiences.

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and contact relevant decision-makers to generate new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include conducting needs assessment calls, supporting marketing and sales through lead generation, qualifying inbound and outbound leads via various channels, and collaborating with Account Executives and the marketing team to achieve targets. Additionally, you will communicate Emplifi's value proposition to schedule product demonstrations and meetings.

The ideal candidate has previous client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales. A fluent level of English is essential, with additional languages considered advantageous. Candidates should possess the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance goals, a willingness to learn about social and brand marketing, technical aptitude to master our CRM tool, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
