Data Analyst
Emplifi is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics Team in the Czech Republic. Emplifi's unified customer engagement platform empowers over 20,000 leading brands to enhance their digital and social customer experiences. The Reporting and Analytics Team comprises enthusiastic business analysts, data analysts, engineers, and Salesforce developers who collaborate in an agile environment to tackle complex data challenges.
In this role, you will support cross-functional stakeholders—including Management, Marketing, Sales, and Product—by providing timely, high-impact analyses. Your responsibilities will include extracting insights from large datasets, such as TikTok usage, to inform business strategies and deliver actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will build robust, automated ETL processes for recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring the delivery of standardized, visually compelling data products.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Python, particularly with libraries like Pandas and NumPy for report automation, and proficiency in SQL for navigating large datasets. A solid foundation in statistics, including descriptive and inferential techniques, is essential. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment are also important.
