Solutions Consultant DACH - German Speaking

As a Solutions Consultant at Canva, you will collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Sales teams to assist prominent organizations in Germany and across the EMEA region in transforming their content creation and collaboration processes. This role is based in Berlin, a key hub for Canva's EMEA operations, and offers a hybrid work environment that combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work options.

Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with sales teams to develop and implement scalable solutions that address complex challenges within enterprise accounts. You will lead discovery sessions, design creative workflows, and deliver engaging demonstrations that effectively showcase Canva's capabilities to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on transitioning from traditional tools like Adobe, Google, or PowerPoint to Canva, advising on brand governance, creative production, and large-scale collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales, consulting, or managing creative workflows, with a strong ability to solve problems and develop elegant solutions. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and thriving in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments are essential. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Canva, or Figma, along with fluency in both German and English, is required. Experience with enterprise marketing or brand teams and familiarity with SSO, APIs, or integrations are advantageous.
