Technical SEO Lead

Canva is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to oversee international technical SEO strategies within the Logged Out Experience (LOX) Group and the International SEO team. This role involves managing a globally distributed team of Technical SEO Specialists and aligning international SEO practices with Canva's central technical SEO standards.

The Technical SEO Lead will define and implement technical SEO standards across all international markets, develop comprehensive playbooks, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing systemic technical opportunities and risks, staying abreast of emerging best practices, and serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in technical SEO, particularly in international contexts, with experience managing globally distributed teams. Strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement scalable processes, and proficiency in collaborating across cross-functional teams are essential.
